We are a community outreach and training organisation working on the frontlines and behind the scenes—supporting people experiencing homelessness, delivering life-saving interventions, and educating communities across the UK.

We provide homelessness outreach, soup kitchens, food parcels, harm reduction support, and national training across the UK.

From the streets to the classroom — we are working 7 days a week to support people in crisis and prevent avoidable deaths.

From soup kitchens to overdose response training, everything we do is about making a real difference where it matters most.

Our work focuses on supporting vulnerable individuals, reducing harm, and equipping people with the knowledge and tools to save lives.

We believe in action, consistency, and real-world impact — not just awareness.
